Teacher Performance Appraisal

I am  researching teacher appraisal systems. I am looking for a performance appraisal system that is measurable and accountable. Maybe written more as smart goals.
Does anyone know of a particularly good one for World Langauge Teachers specifically?

Hi Kristen, if you mean teacher evaluation system, be sure to look at the Charlotte Danielson model that a lot of NJ schools are adopting. If you mean a teacher appraisal system, I am not sure what you mean. :( Elizabeth in NJ

I am familiar with Danielson's framework and you are correct many districts use some variation of it. Thank you for responding!
