STAMP testing

we are looking at STAMP as a proficiency test for our level 3 students in French, German and Spanish.  The administration is on board, but we have concerns about the technology needed to properly administer the test.  We are on a block schedule and would be testing about 300 students during the entire school year- some in January, some in May.  What are your experiences using STAMP, especially from this tech standpoint? Thanks
