I observe my teachers, check their lesson plans, amke recommendations about technique, curriculum, etc., review books for implmentation, create professional development opportunities

Heritage Language program

I don't really consider myself an expert yet on anything
What is your greatest area of concern for your district?
reaching all students and developiong their communicative skills in these times of budgetary constraints
